We are currently a partner in seeking an experienced remote Adaptive Acquisition Workspace – Acquisition and Data Analyst, on a contractual basis to support a large federal government agency.

S/he will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in areas of Adaptive Acquisition Workforce professional development. As a part of the recommended solution, the SME will interface with the client to identify pertinent acquisition, policy, and other information, to post to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Max.Gov web portal. The SME will post for the client’s acquisition workforce, including other agency acquisition professionals, acquisition information that will impact cross-functional collaborations within the organization, which will be used to maintain the engagement with staff and streamline access to integration of job support tools, guidebooks, policies, and other resources. The virtual workspace shall be maintained on an existing government site located on the MAX.gov platform to provide innovative acquisition guidance and oversight for federal agency stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of transparent best value acquisition solutions that enhance mission performance, increase efficiency, foster effective business practices, and provide the maximum practicable opportunity to meet the agency’s and governmentwide small business procurement goals.

The SME will also perform Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) tasks, when required. S/he will demonstrate executive decision-making skills and judgment. Demonstrate a high level of analytical skills in solving problems. Interact with senior-level federal officials through meetings and briefings.

Specific Tasks:

·        Enhance and update the current client (Max.Gov) site to include, but is not limited to, easily accessible, comprehensive, and user-friendly agency and cross-government acquisition policy resources and information, acquisition related work tools, data collection, information sharing functionality and advanced collaboration functions to enable proper contracting to meet program goals, objectives.

 

·        Review existing content on the MAX.gov site and the agency’s Intranet for relevancy and shall clearly identify and migrate all content that is no longer active or valid to the Archived and/or Rescinded Documents section of the site for historical use only.

 

·        Review the data analytics for the client’s data housed on its Intranet and the data analytics on the client’s MAX.gov site in developing content to ensure the information provided is consistent with the needs of the agency’s acquisition community.


 Â·        Monitor, track, analyze, update, and report acquisition information.


·        Effectively communicate with senior leadership and coordinate with executive level stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in a technical field from an institution accredited in the United States.

·        Must be able to pass a government background check.

·        At least 10 years of professional experience supporting the Federal Government required.

·        Experience with working in an acquisition environment desired.

·        Familiarity with federal acquisition policies and procedures.

·        Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

·        Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

·        Experience working with virtual federal acquisitions systems such as Max.Gov.

·        Experience with Max.Gov a plus.

·        Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
